How to VOTE in the February 13th Special Election!

On February 13th, 2024, Renton residents will have an opportunity to uplift conditions for tens of thousands of working families in Renton.

Initiative Measure 23-02 has qualified for the February Special Election — and voters are encouraged to turn in their ballots!


Make sure you register to vote by Monday, February 5th.

King County Elections does amazing work to ensure accessible, secure and accurate elections.

If you’re not registered to vote, visit their Online Voter Registration Portal and register by the Monday, February 5th in time for the February Special Election. Voters can either visit the King County Elections Office (919 Southwest Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057) OR print a paper ballot online after registering to vote, through the portal. Ballots mail out on Wednesday, January 24th, and will arrive anytime between Jan. 26-29

Turn in your Ballot at the nearest drop box by 8PM on Election Night!

Find your nearest drop box and make sure to turn in your ballot early or by 8PM on Election Night and make your voice heard. Plan ahead to avoid long lines during the final hour!


Thousands of working families are counting on your vote to raise the minimum wage. Call or text a friend, family member or co-worker and ask to Vote YES! on 23-02.

This ballot measure to bring the minimum wage to $20/hour for large employers will allow Renton to keep up with neighboring cities in King County.
